As a therapist, my role is to empower my clients to address their negative core beliefs and develop solutions to their presenting problems. I have specialized working with teens and adults with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use and trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

About

One of my core values is to serve others. This is what drew me to the social work and mental health field. After graduating from Weber State with my Bachelor’s in Social Work I worked for five years at the Clearfield Job Corps. I then went back to school and earned my Masters Degree from Boise State University in 2019. After completing school I worked for Odyssey House for three and half years. I then decided to venture out on my own and begin a private practice serving those in my community.
